Welcome to Year 1! This is where you will find out all the information about what we will be learning this term. We are about to go on an exciting learning journey.

We can’t wait to work with Chester Zoo this half term. We will be learning all about the different animals and conservation.

Attendance matters. Please come to school every day. We line up at the cones in the playground at 8.45am ready to start our school day. We dismiss the children from the classroom door at 3.15pm.

Our P.E. days are Wednesday so please can you ensure children come to school wearing their P.E. kit. Our P.E. kit is black shorts or jogging trousers, trainers and a white T-shirt.

Please bring in your red homework books on a Friday, new homework will be given out on Mondays.
